Our Villas have two bedrooms, with either king beds, queen beds or two twins. In addition there is a pull out couch in the living room that sleeps two more. The unit itself is very large, and features a full kitchen, two baths and a fireplace in the living room (some also come with a washer dryer). In addition, it has two decks, one overlooking the pool and the other is in the back of the unit for what I call the "morning coffee" deck. These units are quite spacious and comfortable. | ||||

The Studio Retreat is a one bedroom, one bath unit that has a full kitchen, pull out couch, and either a large deck overlooking the pool area or a private patio in back (some include fireplaces and washer dryers). In addition, we have a one bedroom Bungalow, 1 1/2 bath Studio that has a living (sofa sleeper), dining and kitchenette area on the first floor with a 1/2 bath and a large bedroom with full bath upstairs. These units have a private patio in back and a deck overlooking the pool area on the second floor. These units have either a King or Queen bed. |

In addition, our
central gardens contain a great pool and common area complete with
natural gas fire pits that warm up the night air after dinner. We
are kid friendly. We are close to all of Saugatuck/Douglas activities
and easy walking distance to two restaurants. The grocery is two minutes
away. Saugatuck Douglas has some of the best beaches in the world.
Oval Beach - which is on National Geographic's best beach list as
well as MTV, is a short drive away. See
